Job Description from Client The first step is of collecting the exact Job Description (JD) from the Client. The JD describes exact job specification, salary structure, educational qualification, personal qualifications, specific industry, numbers required and other terms and conditions of employment. Short listing from Data Bank After receiving the JD, we short list CVs from our vast data-bank to meet client's specifications & requirements. In case, we do not have enough profiles matching the requirement, we search the specific profiles from Job Portals and we also post the requirement on the Web and simultaneously place an advertisement in the Leading Newspaper. This is done upon mutual acceptance from the Client. Communicating With Suitable Candidates Once the details of the suitable candidates are collected from our database & other resources, we talk to the candidates about their preference & permission to forward their profile to the client company. Forwarding Short listed Resume to Client After careful consideration we forward a complete set of CV's to the Clients for review and evaluation & request the Client to send us the names of short listed candidates, selected for scrutinizing as per their convenience. Organizing Interviews & Screening Sessions Once we receive the list of short listed candidates, we organize interview & scrutinizing schedules in accordance to client's convenience. We would be pleased to make final selection in case the Client or his Representative is unable to visit. Our industry experts conduct Trade Test / Personal Interview to obtain a deeper insight about the candidate. Further Formalities After final selection by the Client, a formal letter is issued to the candidates and declaration is taken from them accepting the terms and conditions. The selected candidates are sent for Medical Examination.   • Assistant Manager-Business Transformation – Level II Graduate / post graduate in any discipline with : · 6+ years of related work experience with demonstrated Transition / Offshoring / Business change Projects, Project management & process improvement experience in the insurance domain. End to End understanding of Transition Project Management life cycle is mandatory.· Experience should include participation in the delivery of at least 7+projects or programmes. Analysis of opportunities and consequences across multi-discipline business processes and systems is required· PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent project/ programme management certification would be an added advantage
    Assistant Manager–Continuous Improvement+Graduate / post graduate in any discipline with : • Graduate / post graduate in any discipline• 7 and more years of work experience with at least 2 years’ of hands on experience in LEAN / Six Sigma• Leading Black / Blue Belt / LEAN projects & demonstrating in depth knowledge of the Continuous Improvement tools and techniques• Extending coaching and mentoring support to the Blue / Yellow Belt Project teams.• Training & facilitation of Continuous Improvement (LEAN / Six Sigma) workshops• Driving awareness & initiatives to promote a continuous improvement in culture to embed OPEX / LEAN / Six Sigma methodology• Managing the CSAT Surveys.
    Assistant Manager Business Transformation – Level II & III Manager – Business Transformation Graduate / post graduate in any discipline with :· 5 - 9 + years of related/relevant work experience with demonstrated experiences at least in 2 out of the following areas (better 3) Organizational transformation, operational excellence, change management projects· Very good understanding of Project Management / PMO processes, techniques and mastering the necessary tooling (SharePoint, Microsoft, remote presentation etc.)· Trained or Certified PRINCE 2 / PMP or other equivalent project management certification.· Project Management Skills· Business skills: break complex subjects into manageable pieces; determine status quo, business requirements, target and course of action· Change Management, including stakeholder management, change curve, communication.
