JOB ADVERTISING RULES

  1. Requirements for all adverts:

    • They must be correctly written.

    • They must give a short description of the vacancy and list the main requirements for the job.

    • They must be classified in the right job category and in the location where the duties will be performed.


  2. The following types of adverts are prohibited:

    • Those that do not describe the job, or the description is too vague.

    • Those that do not ask for any requirement, or the requirements are so vague that would appeal to the majority of the population.

    • MLM, network marketing, pyramid schemes, get rich quick jobs, etc. such us Herbalife, Amway, Market2000 or anything similar, are strictly forbidden. Any advert from businesses whose trade is related to the above mentioned categories, are also prohibited

    • Adverts with an unlimited number of vacancies.

    • Independent sales agents, independent distributors, and in general any commission only based job. Some exceptions may be made if a minimum performance is mandatory and the workers are directly supervised by the employer.

    • Any job where there is no contract of employment complying with the laws of the country where the duties are performed. Please note "independent contractors" or "freelancers" are not considered to work under an employment contract.

    • Work from home jobs.

    • Business opportunities of any kind.

    • Any advert related to sex, pornography, prostitution or "adult services".

    • Adverts that are repeated several times with the same or almost the same text, or even if being different refer to the same job.

    • Jobs for "models".

    • Any advert where the sending of photographs is mandatory.

    • Any advert that requires an initial investment or payment of a fee.

    • Volunteer jobs.

    • Those where the main purpose of the advert is to encourage the reader to visit another website.

    • Adverts that do not advertise jobs, for instance, courses, training, or any other thing that is not a paid employment opportunity.

  3. All the adverts will be reviewed by our editors. We reserve the right to accept or reject any given advert.

  4. Changes in these rules could be made in the future without prior notice. Any changes will be published on this page.

  5. Employers that choose to ignore these rules will be removed from the system without prior notice.
