Almustapha International College

Business description: It is my pleasure to introduce Almustapha International School to Headmasters/Mistresses, Proprietors/Proprietress and Prospective Parents and Students who may be considering a different type of education in a conducive environment. Almustapha International School, Libya was inaugurated on 2nd October 2003, to provide qualitative education and inculcate moral discipline in students of both JSS and SSS level, to enable them fit into our ever changing world. The school is situated in a very quiet area in the outskirt of Tripoli town. It boasts of modern school facilities like a boarding house, science laboratories, subject rooms, well stocked library/media centre, clinic, computer room, mini-stadium, courts for playing games, generating sets, bore holes and lots more. Most good schools share certain basic aims to nourish individuals' ability within a genuinely responsible community, and to encourage personal development in terms of academic success, physical health, moral stability and imaginative alertness. Yet every school is unique in its emphasis, in the balance it achieves between the pleasures of self-expression and the rigors of intellectual discipline, between a pride in one's self and a real concern for others, and the need to establish, the moral values essential in a world of change and stress. When all round education is conceived, in AIS's positive terms, we believe young people will live exclusively self-centered lives. They also cease to live by habit and tend to develop, a theory of life which stands them in good stead in the complex world for which they are headed. There must be a measure of freedom, the scope in which to experiment, to learn from experiences and mistakes. AIS provides this. "At AIS, we provide our pupils with the inner resources not only for school, but for life". We aim to create a happy, friendly and caring community, where each individual can develop his or her personality to the fullest and learn the values and standards which we expect from our pupils. All pupils are encouraged to work out their values and their relationships with others, and to become aware of the world around them. We hope that you will visit the school to see things for yourself...you will be welcome. With best wishes, Richard Maxwell Whitebread Principal.
