    Plant process flow evaluation and recommendations;
    Plant equipment evaluation and recommendations;
    Equipment modifications;
    Contractor coordination;
    Outside support contract coordination;
    Drawing modification and updating;
    Plant shutdown planning and coordination;
    Plant technical support and troubleshooting;
    Technical service coordination;
    Future plant needs evaluation;
    Responsible for training full-time employees, contractors, and agency employees.
    Assist with other duties as assigned by Management.MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Work with the Engineering Manager to develop and recommend budget.
    Develop short and long-range operating objectives.
    Assures that training and development needs are identified, and programs initiated.
    Ensures that the Company's values, policies, and programs are consistently practiced.
    Qualifications / Experience / Skills
    Effective verbal, written, and computer (word-processing, spreadsheets, engineering software and presentation programs) skills.
    Ability to relate well to others.
    High energy level.
