    JOB TITLE : WDA/ AL
    A WDA (wealthsurance distributor advisor) needs to achieve the defined criteria to progress to become an Agency Leader and to progress at higher levels of leader in his/her career path
    An Agency Leader (AL/SAL/GAL) will be eligible for performance based fixed as well as variable payout as listed below:
    1. Fixed Salary
    2. Monthly Active NLA Allowance
    3. Monthly Production Bonus
    4. Monthly Advisor Activation Allowance
    5. Indirect Team QPB for SAL/GAL (Indirect Team L1 & L2 - Quarterly)
    6. Self-Sourced business payout
    At each level, An Agency Leader has to maintain the MBG norms to continue his/her
    Partnership with IFLI. Details of Career Progression and MBG norms are as below:
    Career Progression Norms Minimum Business Guarantee (MBG) Norms
    Advisor to AL
    • Min 3 Mths as an Advisor
    • Achieve 8 Lives & FYC Rs. 35,000 and 1 Licensed Advisor within 6 Rolling months
    OR
    • Achieve 10 Lives & FYC Rs. 60,000 and 1 New Licensed Advisor
    • Progression post 1 Month Free look periodand successful completion of Training
    . No Min Vintage required
    AL
    • All existing ALs needs to achieve 2 Active NLAs and FYC Rs. 25,000 through Direct Team in 1 calendar quarter
    • If new AL joins in the 1st month of the Calendar quarter, he needs to achieve 2 Active NLAs by the end of the 1st calendar quarter
    • If an AL joins in the 2nd month of the Calendar quarter, he needs to achieve 1 Active NLA by the end of 1st Calendar quarter If an AL joins in the 3rd month of the Calendar quarter, he needs to achieve 2 Active NLAs by the end of the next calendar quarter• Failure to achieve MBG norms will lead to termination of AL Employment
    AL to SAL
    • Achieve 6 Active NLAs & FYC Rs. 1,60,000 within 12 rolling Mths from the Direct Team Develop 2 ALs in the team• Progression post 1 Mth Free look period and successful completion of Training• No Min Vintage required
    SAL
    • Achieve 3 Active NLAs, 5 Active Agents and FYC Rs. 25,000 through Direct Teamat the end of 2 consecutive calendar quarters Maintain 2 ALs in direct team MBG period begins from the month of promotion of SAL
    If promotion happens in 3rd Month of the calendar quarter, 1st MBG cycle will be measured at the end of 3rd subsequent quarter. Quarter of promotion considered as 1st Quarter • Failure to achieve MBG norms will lead to termination of SAL
    Employment/Demotion of SAL to AL
    SAL to GAL
    • Achieve 5 Active NLAs with FYC Rs. 1 Lacs through direct team and develop 1 SAL within 12 consecutive/continuous/rolling Mths Progression post 1 Mth Free look period and successful completion of training• No Min Vintage required
    GAL
    • Achieve 3 Active NLAs, 5 Active Agents and FYC Rs. 25,000 through Direct
    Team at the end of 2 consecutive calendar quarters Maintain 2 ALs/1 SAL in the direct team MBG period begins from the month of promotion to GAL • If promotion happens in 3rd Month of the calendar quarter, 1st MBG cycle will be measured at the end of 3rd subsequent quarter. Quarter of promotion considered as 1st Quarter Failure to achieve MBG norms will lead to termination of GAL Employments/Demotion of GAL to SAL
