Description
Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints.
Responsibilities and Duties
Calling New & Existing clients (Lead Generation)
Use scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits
Explain about Company services
Explain about different service offerings to clients
Convince clients for booking appointment for virtual/real meeting
Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific clients.
Maintain records of contacts, accounts, and orders.
Maintain good client relation.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Proven track record of successfully meeting leads quotas preferably over the phone
Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficient in English, Punjabi and Hindi
Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
Persistent and results-oriented
Patient and able to handle customer rejection
