  • WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
    We are seeking a Business Development Rep to help us grow our customer base and service existing clients. We are seeking a self-starter who performs well under pressure. You don’t take yourself too seriously and can work around a variety of personalities, all of whom are very dedicated to keeping our company on its high growth trajectory.
    REQUIREMENTS
    3+ years’ sales experience managing a pipeline and closing sales
    Enjoy the hunt - making cold calls and networking
    Experience using CRM systems
    Organized and attentive to details
    Excellent communication and writing skills
    4-year degree B.A. / B.S.
    NICE-TO-HAVE
    Startup or tech experience
    Experience in a B2B sales role to power utilities or multi-nationals
    Experience with wind/renewable energy
    THE WORK
    60% new business acquisition and 40% maintaining existing accounts
    Draft proposals for new and existing clients
    Build strong relationships with client partners
    Achieve and exceed sales goals
    Utilize a CRM to keep track of a pipeline and follow up on leads YOU ARE.....
