  • Job Description:
    Hands on experience in SQL( (DDL, DML, DCL)
    High level understanding of Databases (MySQL)
    Excellent application support troubleshooting and debugging capability.
    Experience in supporting web based applications
    Ability to write SQL queries to extract data from database and analyze the same to figure out client reported issues.
    Experience in working L2/L3 support team (24x7, 365 days a year).
    Has worked with any server/process monitoring tool.
    Has worked with BMC Remedy or at least with one incident management tool.
    Resolve incident and problem tickets within defined service level agreements.
    Ability to write test cases for Web and Desktop based applications and log tickets on the incident management tool.
    Ability to provide clear and crisp updates to team lead/manager.
    Excellent analytical and communication skills.
    Interact with internal teams and external 3rd party vendors to trouble shoot and resolve complex problems.
    Hands on experience in UNIX will be an added advantage (Unix Basic commands, File handler and shell scripts).
    Knowledge of ITIL processes or ITIL certification will be an added advantage.
