  • 1. Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
    2. Greet and welcome guests
    3. Answer questions and address complaints
    4. Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
    5. Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
    6. Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
    7. Check, sort and forward emails
    8.Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
    9. Keep updated records and files
    10.Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)
    11. Handling International Travel of employees
    12. Get visa invitation from Siegwerk host entity and Issue visa invitation lletter
    13. Take flight schedules and prices from the vendor and book tickets accordingly.
    14. Logistics arrangement
    15. Preparation of Visa documents
    16. Getting Forex from the vendor
    17. Handling vendor to print business cards for employees
    18. Handling invoices from different vendors
    19. Maintaining the employee attendance data and send it to the concerned person monthly.
