    Assess and understand customer requirements and ensure that they are met in a timely fashion.
    Define customer service standards and act as a catalyst to change and improve the performance/quality.
    Monitor performance, report, and track learning metrics for managers, executive dashboards, and analyse effectiveness in improving business KPE performance.
    In-depth knowledge of both UI and backend service test automation.
    Deep understanding of system architecture and must have training exposure to complex distributed transactional systems.
    Ability to adapt to the extremely fast paced environment while maintaining the highest quality standards.
    Should have experience and conviction around measures to quantify software quality.
    Propose trade-offs and provide risk assessment to stakeholders.
    Proven track record of creating and executing highly effective customer service and quality processes.
    Be an integral part of the sellers experience team to define the vision and communicate the same to the team."
