  • Job Profile
    We are looking( ONLY BACK OFFICE REQUIRTMENT )for a recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attarcting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.
    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Include:
    1. To be updated with company policy for recruiting strategy
    2. Designing and impementing the overall recruiting strategy
    3. Sourcing and attracting candidates by using dabases, social media etc
    4. Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions.
    5. Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
    6. Perform job and task analysis to document job requirement and objectives7. Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/ newspapers/ colleges etc
    8. Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.9. Screen candidates resumes and job applications
    10. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidateswithin schedule
    11. Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
    12. Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
    13. Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practives
    14. Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
    15. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
    16. Promote company's reputation as best place to work
    17. Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
    18. Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
    19. Compiling and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
    20. Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluation etc)
    21. Coordinate HR projects (meeting, training, surveys etc) and take minutes22. Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
    23. Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absensces, bonus, leaves etc)24. Communicate with public services when necessary
    25. Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures26. Coodinate communication with candidates and schedule intervies
    27. Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
    28. Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database
    SKILLS REQUIRED:
    Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and analytical skills
    Passionate, dynamic and proactive individuals
    EXPERIENCE:
    Minimum 3 years of experience with any company. Candidate should have a good experience either in Business development, marketing, technical services or technology function.
