  • Technical Competencies:
    Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
    Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
    Resource allocation (people, hardware, software, and facilities) , Financial analysis and ROI
    Implementing organizational policies and instilling organizational values in the team.
    Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations.
    Project Competencies and Behavioral Competencies :
    Conduct Root Cause Analysis and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements
    Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.
    Defining tasks and milestones to be executed by project teams, while ensuring the optimal use of resources to meet those objectives
    Strong people management skills to liaise with vendors, clients and application teams.
    Coach, lead and manage the team resources by sharing expertise for team development
    Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction.

    Desired Candidate Profile
    Should have 7 to 9 years of experience in information systems operations environment in systems analysis / development
    Need to interface and communicate with Test Managers, Dev Managers, IT Ops and PMO on a daily basis
    Plan release windows and cycles across a portfolios and generate and Weekly Release Reporting
    Manage risks and resolve issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality,
    Measure and monitor progress to ensure application releases are delivered on time and within budget
    Coordinate release content and effort based on service request backlog, pending service requests, third party applications
    Communicate all key project plans, commitments, and changes including requirements, QA plans, schedule, and scope changes
    Manage relationships and coordinate work between different teams at different locations
    Conduct Release Readiness reviews, Milestone Reviews, and Business Go/ No-Go reviews
    Communicate release details and schedules to the Business as required
    Work with release engineers to understand impacts of branches and code merges
    Maintain release schedule for all core services and ensure alignment across key partners and vendors
    Continually work towards making improvements in the release process
    Lead and co-ordinate the Go-Live activities including execution of the deployment Plans and checklists
    Develops scripts and automation tools used to build, integrate, and deploy software releases to various platforms
    Participate in CAB meetings to discuss release scope and/ or roadblocks
    Maintain release repository and manage key information such as build and release procedures, dependencies and notification lists
    Should be able to demonstrate effective leadership and analytical skills
    Advanced written and verbal communication skills are a must Qualification/ Technical Skills/ Process Skills/ Tools Knowledge/ Behavioral Skills:
