  • Key responsibilities:
    Working collaboratively with managers, teams, People & Development colleagues and partners to:
    Develop and implement a learning strategy and platform to deliver various approaches to effective learning and development
    Explore, with leaders across the organization, the issues that drive the need for capability and behavioral change and development
    Scope the requirements in order to identify and then commission effective learning interventions
    Commission the most effective and efficient ways to develop and deliver the right learning solutions, identifying and agreeing the most appropriate mechanism for delivery (through a blended learning approach) and provider (i.e. from within or outside the organization - including the identification of opportunities to partner with other organizations who a have a similar requirement)
    Oversee the effective delivery of interventions and then evaluating their quality and impact ensuring that this informs our approach to on-going improvement, development and implementation of future solutions
    Identify the connections and synergies between different issues across the organization, to ensure that critical organizational requirements are identified and that integrated solutions are developed
    Support, advise and coach functional leads to ensure that learning required to support statutory organizational requirements is planned, commissioned and delivered in a cost effective and efficient way
    Leading approaches to enable the organization to unlock and develop talent
    Managing the central L&D budget and advising managers/ project leads to develop the business/return on investment case for any learning and development solutions required to successfully deliver the change/project
    Consult and advise business leaders to determine and communicate skill gaps at all levels within T&L FNA across GSCs.
    Conduct and supervise diagnostics to understand problem areas and scope of learning interventions. Define the direction of the training team needs to take in order to have a competent and knowledgeable Maersk Line organization. Proactively determine training requirements and define measurement for effectiveness of training
    Translate business requirement into a dynamic training solution. Plan and ensure solutions are delivered effectively to meet desired results
    Ensure accurate documentation of projects and publish relevant dashboards periodically to all stakeholders
    Deliver workshops to senior leadership as per identified needs and address any feedback and input derived from them.
    Manage/Co-ordinate training workshops/programs provided by external vendors
    Ensure team development through creation and implementation of individual development plans
    Review and revise existing processes for better efficiency
    Ensure proper planning in terms of administrative requirements like availability of training staff, training material & client and rooms, visa requirements in case there is an element of travel.
    Also ensure any adhoc / customized training requirements / workshops are also catered to.
    Work with BPS and BPOs across functions and other stakeholders to identify key training needs and deliver programs accordingly

    Who we are looking for
    Must be a graduate and should have atleast 7+ experience in the FNA domain or behavioural/organizational development function
    Should have strong communication and influencing skills across a range of stakeholders
    Must have experience of managing training strategy and delivery for a global user base.
    Should possess excellent finance and accounting knowledge.
    Have experience of managing complex projects
    Should be a great coach.
    Should have technical learning & development/organizational development knowledge, enable effective diagnosis of issues and development of innovative and appropriate strategies and solutions
