Experience: 1 - 5 years of Experience.
Coordinating Third Party Logistics services and activities for specific client accounts
Work directly with customer base to build rapport, solve problems and enhance the customer experience
Proactively manage the accounts to improve customer service, transit times and transportation costs
Enter orders for each load into the TMS and complete all load related paperwork
Select, negotiate and manage a network of carriers to meet the needs of the client and their customers
Dispatch carriers, provides pick-up and drop-off confirmations and assist in answering questions
Initiate and apply new methods to reduce logistics costs and improve the process flow
Coordinate client's activity to include scheduling arrival dates, pick-up and delivery appointments
Ability to travel when necessary for client maintenance or new client integration, as well as weekend.
Previous experience working for a 3PL ( Third Party Logistics )
Ability to work independently
Strong customer relations ability/experience with analytical and technical skills
Strong Microsoft Office knowledge
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Outgoing, Dynamic Personality with Strong Attention to Detail.
