  • Quarterly Review and discussion on performance on the basis of Trial balance.
    Preparation of Balance Sheet and Profile & Loss account Statement.
    Preparation of MIS related to Revenue, expenses and growth.
    Liasoning with Banks & Financer for timely realization of funds.
    Scrutiny & Analysis of accounts, records, reports, ledgers and other documents.
    Monthly projection of cash in-flow, out-flow of meeting all type of liabilities and expenses for all locations, if any.
    Accounting & reconciliation of Branch Transfer of stock & fund, based on applicability.
    Keep tracking on Accounts payable & Accounts receivable and monthly reporting on it.
    Monitoring through quarterly physical audit of inventory & prepare the report for management with costing.
    Fixed Asset Management.
    Coordination with Statutory/ Tax and Stock Auditor.
    Budgeting & forecasting of income & expenditure for business operation.
    Fund arrangement in coordination with Corporate Office.
    Preparation of Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for the unit operations.
    Validation of RFAs (Request for approval).
    Understanding pricing model, financial implication of new product proposed by product team.
    Timely reconciliation of balance payment of Vendors, GL analysis, posting of Credit/ Debit note.
    Exposure of working on ERP module for various MIS & analysis related to revenue & growth.
    Keep tracking on available budget and expenses incurred.
    Working on Price protection in case of price drop of any product and issue of credit notes.
    Finalisation of credit limit to provide credit purchase facility.
    Preparation of Monitoring Report- To alert against expected loss occurring from high usage.
    Bad Debt Analysis-Highlight revenue lying as dead & doubtful recoverable from customers.
    Unauthorised Unbarring Report-Activation done without recovery of payment due.
    Dunning Report-To identify those cases where connection should be barred.
    Collection Report-Weekly report on revenue collection.
    Adjustment Analysis-To report on Authenticity of adjustment passed to the customers.
    Warehouse Audit-Physical Audit & Report on the goods lying in warehouse.
    Post-paid to Prepaid Analysis-Report on process followed for connection transfer.
    AV/ CV Report - Report on proper Address/ Credit verification for new connection.
    Conduct process audit of different processes with respect to quality & process followed, designed and authorised by company.
    To prepare monthly Profits & Loss account for out plant.
    Calculate & analysis Product costing of each product on monthly basis.
    Consolidation of financial data of all units, if any.
    Weekly tracking on Accounts payable.
    Validation & payment processing of bills of contractors on the basis of agreement & work done.
    Monthly reconciliation of company account.
    To arrange quarterly physical audit of inventory conducted by Internal Auditor.
    Supervise payment of vendors.
    Dealing & coordination with internal & Statutory Auditors.
    Replying of audit queries raised by internal auditor monthly.
