    Prospect and develop business opportunities in Aviation & Airports domain.
    Maintain an up to date view of the Aviation & Airports opportunity pipeline and business development engagements and business numbers projections.
    Coordinate and support Bid Management activities for opportunities in scope.
    Manage relationship and business development activities with IDEMIA Strategic Partners.
    Effectively map IDEMIA and competitors solutions to meet prospects and customers needs
    Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all IDEMIA departments (Marketing, Sales, Pre-Sales, R&T, Communication)
    Create, share and capitalize on previous projects / commercial presentations and proposals, and be proactive in commercial and offering improvements.
    Stand for IDEMIA in international conferences or exhibitions by participating to panels discussions or individual presentation to large audience.

    Business Development / Sales position with experience of Aviation /Airports / Aerospace industry
    Experience working in an international and multi-cultural environment
    Knowledge of the Aviation eco-system organizations
    Experience dealing with operations in Aviation & Airport organization across India
    Fluent in English and Hindi Second language is a plus
    Consultative Selling approach
    Understanding the User Experience needs
    Understanding of the key international & local regulations (Data Privacy, etc.)
    Knowledge of the market (contacts, trends, competitors, etc.)
    Good presentation & negotiation skills
