The incumbent profile will be expected to drive the company’s efforts to achieve its sales targets through counselling enrolments for competitive exams in professional education.

Job Description:

• Handling telephonic & walk-In inquiries.

• Should possess excellent convincing capabilities.

• To train Tele-callers and convert their leads into prospects.

• To respond to inquiries of students (on email/call/walk-ins).

• Convert the inquiries into registrations that lead to Admissions.

• To involve in promotional activities of Universities and available courses.

• To have a good understanding of the revenue generation from registration.

• To ensure that the admission sales target are met for the team & individually.

• Counseling the Students and Parents about various Courses and colleges in India.

• To provide detailed information of available courses to prospective students and to brief process & procedures related to academic, personal, professional & financial requirements in order for Admission requirements for various courses and Universities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Should have experience in education-related counseling work.

• The experience between 4 - 6 years in the voice/international BPO process may also be considered.

• An enthusiastic individual with a discipline and a professional approach is desirable.

• Candidate should possess excellent convincing capabilities & have knack of talking to people.

• This role would offer an opportunity to grow and travel

• Role requires highly responsible individual, who is self-disciplined believes in integrity, and honest work.
